STANLEY & TARKINE FORAGE FESTIVAL
Fri 11 to Sun 20 November 2022

The inaugural 10-day STANLEY & TARKINE FORAGE FESTIVAL will be held throughout Circular Head in far north west Tasmania, from Friday 11 to Sunday 20 November 2022.

It offers visitors the opportunity to taste the region’s world-famous beef, seafood and produce at the source. We hope to inspire you to explore our remote environment and soak up some salt of the earth hospitality with a 10-day program packed with special events, tastings, treats, feasts, music, demonstrations, exhibitions, markets and more.

GET INVOLVED – IT’S FREE

If you’re from Circular Head and can present a fabulous event, tour or experience in the municipality between Friday 11 and Sunday 20 November 2022, that you believe fits the theme and adds value to the festival, then we want to hear from you!

(Registration Deadline 12 August 2022)

TASSIE ON A PLATE

To assist with dispersal of visitors throughout Circular Head, the Festival is developing a pop-up food trail, TASSIE ON A PLATE, that highlights regional produce, as prepared and presented by local food outlets.

Participating businesses are invited to present their SIGNATURE DISH featuring the region’s amazing produce and have it available throughout the festival period.

So, whether it’s surf and turf, fresh cracked lobsters, scallop pies, cheese platters, honey cakes or a steak sandwich, it can be included.
