Taste the region’s very best produce as it comes together on the plate at a 5-course dinner in a 190-year-old Barn at Highfield Historic Site, Stanley. Designed, prepared and presented by one of Tasmania’s top chefs, Stephen Hickman, from Driftwood, Lauderdale.
The menu is packed with the world’s best crayfish, beef, oysters, seafood and other local delicacies, presented in a modern Australian style, where the produce is the hero.
All paired perfectly with Tasmanian beverages by skilled sommelier and Chef, Ruth Ghys-Hickman.
