Sue and Tom Glynn run KimchiMe and a small organic farm at Wiltshire, where they grow organic vegetables which are made into kimchi. Sue was born and raised in Seoul, Korea before moving to Tasmania. She has eaten and made kimchi all her life and is considered a connoisseur.
