Tour the working oyster farm to gain insights into what it takes to produce some of the world’s most premium oysters. Learn from the shucking demonstration about how to prise open the resilient mollusc and then partake in a masterclass on the finer points of oyster appreciation with a glass of bubbly beverage.
The tour takes a close up look at oysters and how they are farmed at Tasmania’s biggest single oyster farm.
